Terms of Use for the Services of Wash Out S.r.l.

These terms of use (the "Terms") govern the access and use by the user (the "User") of the services, as further detailed below (the "Services"), provided by Wash Out S.r.l., a company headquartered at Viale Luigi Sturzo 45, Milan, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Milan under REA number MI - 2091399 (“Wash Out”), on its proprietary technological platform accessible via mobile applications or the website www.washout-app.com (the "Site") owned by Wash Out (each, an “Application”).

The use of the Services is subject to the User's acceptance of these Terms. If the User does not accept these Terms, they will not be able to access or use the Services. These Terms are published on the Site to enable the User to review, save, and reproduce them.

Wash Out reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The changes will take effect upon Wash Out’s publication of the updated Terms on the Site. The User's continued use of the Services after such publication is contingent upon acceptance of the changes or additions to the Terms.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Wash Out provides Services either through its specialized staff or with the assistance of third-party contractors bound by a contractual agreement with Wash Out (the “Washers”). Wash Out reserves the right to modify how the Services are provided, suspend their availability, or restrict access to all or part of the Services at any time and for any reason.

The Services primarily include on-site vehicle cleaning (even on public roads) for cars and motorcycles, specifically:
(i) Thorough cleaning of the vehicle’s exterior surfaces using specialized products, with particular attention to the bodywork, exposed glass surfaces, wheel rims, and tire walls.
(ii) Comprehensive interior cleaning using dedicated products, focusing on plastics, interior glass surfaces, fabrics, door sills, floor mats, and vacuuming footwells and trunks. Items inside the vehicle will be moved for thorough cleaning and returned to their original position afterward. For interior cleaning, the User (or a delegate) must unlock and relock the vehicle, eliminating the need to hand over the vehicle keys to the Washer.
(iii) Sanitization of the vehicle cabin and air filters using aerosol cans. For sanitization, the User (or a delegate) must start the vehicle engine and set the air conditioning to maximum power in "recirculation" mode, essential for proper sanitization. If the User cannot perform these tasks, they may request the Washer to do so, with the keys returned upon completion.

To ensure proper Service execution (e.g., verifying the vehicle's license plate and status, quality control), the Washer may need to take photographs of the vehicle. These photos will only be accessible to the User through the Application and will never be shared with third parties.

The Services may include or be linked to third-party services and content (including advertisements) that Wash Out does not control. The User acknowledges that the use of such third-party services and content may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Wash Out is not responsible for the products, services, or content of such third parties or for any changes, updates, or issues related to third-party websites, products, or services.

USE OF SERVICES

Account Registration
To access most Service features, the User must register and maintain an active personal account for the Services (the "Account"). Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction to register and maintain an Account. Registration requires providing Wash Out with personal information, such as name, email, phone number, and at least one valid payment method (credit card or another approved payment method). Users must keep their Account information accurate, complete, and updated. Failure to do so, including maintaining a valid payment method, may result in the inability to access or use the Services.

The User is responsible for all activities under their Account and must keep their username and password secure and confidential. Unless explicitly authorized by Wash Out in writing, each User is entitled to only one Account.
